Also, please try the following:
Connect the jumper cable from the wall outlet to the CATV connection on your TV. Do not use the UHF connections on your TV.
Set the TV input to "CATV" on the set-up menu.
If you can only get Ch 2-13 clearly or no signal, then you have not selected the proper input on the TV set-up menu. Refer to TV Owner's Manual.
Connect your TV on another working wall outlet.
If your TV does not work on another wall outlet, the problem could be with your TV or your jumper cables. If your TV works on another wall outlet, then it could be a a broken outlet.
Connect another working TV on your wall outlet.
Connect another known working set to your wall outlet. If that set works, then the problem is most likely with your TV or jumper cables.
